As a Customer Service Manager at Bausch, you will enjoy leading your own team of customer service representatives and being the first point of contact for our customers. Some of our customers are well-known blue-chip companies in the pharmaceutical space, while others are embarking on a journey to becoming a player in the aseptic filling and packaging world with our state-of-the-art machinery equipment. With you becoming the interdepartmental cornerstone between our engineering department and upper management, you will be working side by side with the company’s key players to assist our customers during their most challenging times.   • Primary point of contact for service-related inquiries for our valued customers
  • Manage a team of customer service representatives and the ability to delegate tasks appropriately
  • Empathy, an analytical mindset, superior communication skills, and the willingness to understand the root cause of our customer’s inquiry
  • The ability to create and implement new processes to effectively handle our customer’s requests in a timely manner
  • The ability to act as a team player when working with other department managers and upper management
